Prof. (Dr.) Chaitanya Niphadkar is the Founder and Director of SUNKING INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT (SIM).
Professor Niphadkar has managed various senior-level positions within the leadership, human resources and management domains. His work experience spans for more than two decades that comprises of teaching and research supervision along with few managerial roles and directorship. He is a member of the Harvard Business School, Boston (USA) community and an alumnus of Lancaster University Management School (UK). Furthermore, he has been verified as an “Educator” by Harvard Business Publishing Education. He is also a member of the CIPD UK and SHRM USA. These associations empower him to stay updated about the future trends.
In regard to formal education, to his credit are two doctoral degrees, two master's degrees and a wide range of certifications within the education and technology domain.
Professor Niphadkar has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate and a medal by EDU, Delaware (USA) for his contribution to the education sector especially for International Business and Leadership. He has been nominated for Padma Awards (one of the highest civilian honors by the Government of India) for his contribution to ‘literature and education’. In 2023, he was chosen as one of the India’s Leading Professors by Business Talkz.
Professor Niphadkar has independently authored many books and holds the complete copyright for their content. His writings are published in several international journals and magazines. Some of his book titles are: Building Organizational Leadership, The Righteous Path, Change Management, Compendious Learning and Development. His published works are available on Google and Amazon.
